Lead counsel on all facets of commercial buy-sells, refinances, as well as all types of real estate matters. Counseled families and drafted many wills, trusts, and family limited partnerships. Advised developers and investors of business acquisition entities, formation, merger and dissolution. Handled estates and guardianships of an international clientele of all financial sizes.
